Requirements
What do I need to become a driver?
You need a vehicle (car, motorbike, bicycle or van), a valid phone number on WhatsApp, and a form of identification for verification. You don't need a special licence to start — just the ability to move goods reliably.
Do I need my own vehicle?
Yes. Ngxoxo drivers use their own vehicles. It can be anything that moves goods — a bicycle for short local drops, a motorbike for speed, or a van for larger wholesale orders.
Is there an age requirement?
You must be at least 18 years old to join as a delivery partner and accept paid delivery jobs.
Do I need a smartphone?
Any phone that runs WhatsApp is enough. Job details, pickups and status updates all happen through chat — no separate app to install.
Payout timing
How do I get paid?
You earn on every completed delivery. Payouts are processed through Ngxoxo Pay and sent to the account or mobile wallet you set up during onboarding.
When are payouts sent?
Earnings are settled on a rolling schedule — typically within 1–2 business days of completing a delivery. Faster settlement options unlock as you complete more jobs.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes, a small minimum threshold applies before a payout is released. This keeps transaction fees low so more of your earnings stay with you.
Can I see how much I've earned?
Your completed jobs and running earnings are tracked in your WhatsApp conversation with Ngxoxo, so you can check your balance anytime.

What happens after I apply?
We verify your details, confirm your vehicle, and onboard you as a trusted delivery partner. Once approved, you'll start receiving nearby job offers on WhatsApp.
How do I accept delivery jobs?
When a job near you is available, Ngxoxo sends the pickup and drop-off details in chat. You accept the job, complete the delivery, and confirm the status — all through WhatsApp.
Can I work my own hours?
Absolutely. There are no shifts or offices. Go online and offline whenever you want and accept only the jobs that fit your schedule and route.
